Washington 129, between Lewiston, ID and Enterprise, Oregon, is remote, well-maintained, and a whole lot of fun. Mountain hairpins, roller coaster switchbacks, high plains, and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth the visit.
Looking forward to another fun weekend with Warwick and crew at the Spring Thaw in British Columbia. The car doesn’t need much, but I took the wheels off to make sure there was enough brake pad, and that I had all the spares I need. Can’t wait!
It’s been a slow year for car fun. More posts are in the works. In the mean time, please enjoy this photo of me taking someone for a ride at beautiful Thunderhill last weekend.
Always amazed by the bounty of vintage cars plying Seattle’s streets. From the past few weeks:
Mexican truck culture meets Mad Max:
New European delivery Volvo, psychedelic seventies Lincoln. Very seattle.
Seen today at pacific raceways, driven at speed at a wet track day.
Built 1987-1992, 1300 made. Twin turbos with 450hp. An evil beast. Respect.
