Jeremy Clarkson gets pied

Comeuppance was probably inevitable. Jeremy Clarkson, the irascible and provocative presenter of the BBC's Top Gear, took a pie in the face at a media event shortly after receiving an honorary degree from Oxford Brookes University in England.

His selection had proven controversial, mostly because of his complete disregard for all things environmental. In recent episodes, he has driven his 4x4 across an environmtally sensitive peat bog and used shoulder-mounted missle launcher to fire at cars launched by a catapult. It does make great TV, though.
